Berd’s new Hawk30 are ideal for cross country and trail racing and riding, the new Hawk30 wheels combine lightweight and vibration damping Berd spokes with 30mm internal carbon rims. Berd’s spokes being made in the USA and the carbon rim being made by We Are One Composites in Canada.

The HAWK30 rims are only 18 mm deep, which are the lowest profile 30 mm internal double-wall carbon rims ever made. This unique design yields engineered radial compliance and high lateral stiffness. The combination of vibration damping Berd spokes and our new radial compliant rim means more speed over rough terrain and less rider fatigue.

The HAWK30 wheelset is built around the new Berd Talon Hub featuring hooked hub flanges designed to work specifically with Berd spokes along with a dual-sprung ratchet freehub in either 36t or 54t.
